In compliance with rule XIV.4 of the Rules of Procedure of the Conference of the Parties to the Escazú Agreement on public participation, the Secretariat has the honour to circulate the preliminary list of registered and confirmed participants in the extraordinary meeting of the Conference of the Parties, which will take place from April 19 to 21, 2023 in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
