The second meeting of the signatory countries to the Escazú Agreement was held online, on 9 and 10 December 2020, under the auspices of Antigua and Barbuda.

The effects of the COVID-19 pandemic precluded the holding of a face-to-face meeting in Antigua and Barbuda. The meeting was thus held in virtual format.

The meeting was webcast live.
